Cancellation Policy
1. Before the Campaign Starts:
Clients must wait 10 business days from the date of purchase before requesting a refund if the campaign has not yet started. Refunds can only be requested after this period if placements have not been delivered.
2. After the Campaign Starts:
Once the campaign has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Procedure to Request a Refund or Cancellation
1. Refund Request:
To request a refund, send an email to contact@musicrisepr.com with your campaign details and the reason for the request.
Our team will review your request and contact you within 5 business days.
2. Campaign Cancellation:
To cancel a campaign, you must wait for the 10 business days to expire without receiving the playlists. Additionally, two attempts to modify the playlists must have been made if the client is dissatisfied. If after the two replacements the playlists are still unsatisfactory, a refund can be requested. If the campaign has already started, no refund will be granted.
Another reason for a refund is if the campaign does not meet the purchased follower target for the playlist.
